Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IAM Architect to design, implement, and manage our client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing IAM solutions, ensuring secure access to systems and data, and adhering to compliance requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions to meet business requirements and security policies.
• Develop and maintain IAM architectures, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Conduct IAM assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM systems with applications and services.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and breaches.
• Stay current with IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.

Skills required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in IAM technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM.
• Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).
• Strong understanding of security protocols, principles, and frameworks (e.g., SAML, JML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Experience with cloud IAM (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
