HVAC/Ref Engineering Supervisor £50k + Door to Door travel + Weekly Bonus – Apply today
My client area large HVAC Engineering company who are looking to grow there london and south east operation.
THE COMPANY :
· 200+ staff strong engineering company
· Turnover 20 Million +
You will be required to work 50% on the tools and 50% supervising a team of 8 engineers, duties listed below :
– Supervising 8 Engineers across London portfolio.
– Tool box talks, interviewing new employees and being first port of call for client queries.
Carrying out service work on the following AC/refrigeration kit :
– VRV/VRF
– Daikin star inverters
– Air source heat pumps
– AHU
– Splits & Multi Splits
– Cold rooms/ Fridges/ bottle coolers/chillers
In return my client is offering the following package :
£50K BASIC SALARY.
Door to Door travel
Weekly bonus against KPI’s equating to £2,000.00 per year.
40 hour week
Overtime outside of your contracted 40 hours ( including travel time) will be paid at:
Monday to Saturday – Hourly Rate x 1.5
Sunday – Hourly Rate x 2
23 days paid holiday
Racked company van
Trade tools
Ipad and mobile phone
