30Job Description:HR & Recruitment Assistant
 
Based in Minworth
Temp – perm opportunity
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 7.30 – 1.30pm
Payrate: £11.05 – £12.98 Depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the management team during their recruitment campaigns and assisting them by posting adverts and sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies.
  • Supporting the hiring manager in the interview process, including both face-to-face meetings and telephone screening.
  • Preparing and sending contracts of employment and recruitment packs to new employees, as well as any contract amendments when required.
  • Processing all new starters and leavers, ensuring that all documents are received on day one.
  • Hold exit interviews prior to employees leaving the business, and feedback to the HR Manager if any concerns are raised.
  • Note taking in HR/ER meetings and supporting managers in low level ER cases.
  • Scanning and filing of HR documentation, ensuring compliance with data management
  • Preparing and responding to all incoming and outgoing reference requests as required.

 
Requirements:

  • A Minimum of two years’ previous experience in a similar role.
  • A level 3 qualification in CIPD.
  • The Ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative is essential.
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to prioritise workloads ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Being Helpful and approachable but sensitive to any confidential issues.
  • A good knowledge into IT, Including MS Office, SharePoint and Excel.
