Office Working full time in Worcester
Temp for approx. 3 months
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm – flexi-time working policy available
Pay rate: £13.55 per hour+ with weekly pay
Previous HR Officer experience required.
MUST HAVE A UK DRIVING LICENSE

HR Officer – Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Advise on HR matters and attendance management.
Attend meetings and provide support in presentations.
Handle sickness absence reports and advise on family-friendly arrangements.
Respond to HR queries promptly and accurately.
Maintain systems for sick pay adjustments and generate necessary reports.
Provide cover within the HR team where required and contribute to policy reviews.
HR Officer – Skills & Requirements:
Previous HR Officer experience is required.
Competent in all Microsoft Office functions, including Excel, Word and Teams.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
