A leading Manufacturing business has a requirement for a HR Generalist to join the Hereford site, owned by and part of a much larger global business.
Working as part of an established site-based HR team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the delivery of a generalist HR service to a workforce of c400 employees. The role will involve dealing with complex HR and ER issues including investigations, disciplinary, grievances, change management, redundancy consultations, absence and attendance issues.
To be considered for this role you will:
• Be an experienced and capable HR Generalist that will require little handholding or guidance, able to work under your own initiative and solve issues in a proactive and professional manner
• Be able to be on site 5 days per week (there is no hybrid work offering)
• Be able to utilise your skills and experience that will have been gained within a previous manufacturing (or blue collar) environment
• Be experienced in/having worked with Trade Unions
• Be adapt at using various HRIS
