The role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) involves offering professional, commercially-driven guidance to both managers and employees regarding various HR matters. The HRBP is responsible for ensuring that corporate and site HR objectives align with business priorities. Key responsibilities include managing complex employee relations issues such as dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence management, redundancy processes, and retirement planning.
