Housekeeper

The Lulworth Estate is seeking Housekeepers for its holiday park at Durdle Door and various cottages across the estate. The roles require motivated and flexible individuals who take pride in their work, especially during busy changeover days. Shifts are available on weekdays and weekends, with an immediate start. While previous housekeeping experience is preferred, training will be provided. Responsibilities include cleaning facilities and accommodations, making beds, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Interested candidates should apply with a CV and covering letter. *The Lulworth Estate requires a range of Housekeepers to work at our beautiful holiday park at Durdle Door as well as our unique holiday cottages situated throughout the estate.*
Our sites are popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside.
Housekeeping can be hard work and also very changeable, therefore we are looking for motivated staff who are flexible and who appreciate a job well done, even on busy and tiring changeover days in high season.
Shifts are currently available for a Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (with at least 1 weekend day per week) with an immediate start. The occasional early or late shift will be required and there will be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during our busy periods.
Some previous experience of housekeeping to include cleaning and laundry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants will need excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn, total reliability and a hard-working attitude.
Duties will include:
* Cleaning of all touring and camping facilities including showers, toilets and dishwashing areas.
* Cleaning of holiday park accommodation units and cottages.
* Making beds and changing linens.
* Reporting any damage, breakages, faults or shortages in the inventory.
* Working in other business areas, such as laundry, as and when required.
* Ensuring all cleaning is to the highest standard.
