We are currently looking for an experienced conference & events manager for an operational role within a beautiful, to lead the events and front of house team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.

The Person
The Conference & Events Manager will have:
– Experience in managing large scale conferences & events
– Be a great communicator with experience leading a team
– Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
– Sound knowledge of event logistics, food & beverage service, and AV coordination
– A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
– Strong leader
– Experience as a hospitality manager
– Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail and live local to Wokingham with own transport
You must be able to work evenings and weekends
