It reflects Stevie Parles philosophy seen in places like Dock Kitchen, Pastaio, and Craft London blending bold flavours, warmth, and design-forward spaces.Our service style will be confident and informal, paced with precision, and supported by smart systems and a team-first culture.Were looking for someone who:
- Has strong presence and warmth when welcoming guests
- Thrives under pressure, especially in high-energy, fast-paced services
- Is confident managing bookings, table turns, and liaising between departments
- Has experience using modern reservation platforms (e.g. SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary)
- Brings at least 2 years of Front of House experience in quality restaurants or hotels
Pay & Benefits
- £15.50/hour (inclusive of tronc), up to £17.00/hour based on experience.
- 45 hours/week across 5 days
- 28 days holiday per year
