Hospitality & Events Coordinator

Up to £34,000 + Bonus


My client is a catering company who operate across restaurants, dining spaces inside public places and different venues. They are seeking a Hospitality & Events Coordinator to join their fun and dynamic team, supporting in the sales planning and delivery of events across public event spaces.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Liaise with clients on their event briefs
  • Send out event brochures after the initial enquiry and use creative flare to come up with new ideas.
  • Plan all logistics for the events whilst liaising with different departments
  • Mainly based at the one venue but will work across 8 different venues and publics spaces as and when required.
  • Support the team on big event days and help with other duties as and when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Some experience in a similar role within a hospitality background is essential, but training will be provided.
  • Someone who is savvy and is keen to learn
  • Excellent team player with strong administration skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task 
  • Flexible with working some weekends
