Hospitality & Events Coordinator
Up to £34,000 + Bonus
London
My client is a catering company who operate across restaurants, dining spaces inside public places and different venues. They are seeking a Hospitality & Events Coordinator to join their fun and dynamic team, supporting in the sales planning and delivery of events across public event spaces.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Liaise with clients on their event briefs
- Send out event brochures after the initial enquiry and use creative flare to come up with new ideas.
- Plan all logistics for the events whilst liaising with different departments
- Mainly based at the one venue but will work across 8 different venues and publics spaces as and when required.
- Support the team on big event days and help with other duties as and when required.
Skills and Experience
- Some experience in a similar role within a hospitality background is essential, but training will be provided.
- Someone who is savvy and is keen to learn
- Excellent team player with strong administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task
- Flexible with working some weekends
