HGV Driver Class 1

ADR Network is urgently seeking experienced Class 1 HGV drivers to support Gist, a logistics partner for Marks & Spencer. The roles offer flexible shift patterns, primarily starting between midnight and 04:30 or 14:30 and 22:00, with pay rates ranging from £16.58 to £21.56 per hour, depending on the time of day and overtime. Candidates must possess a valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence, a Driver CPC, and a Tachograph Card, along with at least 18 months of recent driving experience. Full training will be provided to ensure safety and efficiency from the outset.

As a trusted nationwide logistics partner to Gist, we have been called upon to provide various levels of driver hours, offering comprehensive support across their depot network. We are immediately seeking reliable, professional drivers to help meet a critical demand.
*Pay Rates:*
* *Days: From £16.58 per hour*
* *Nights: From £19.89 per hour*
* *Weekends: Up to £21.56 per hour*
* *Overtime after 8.5 hours daily is between £18.23 – £19.89*
* *Rates increase after 6 months to £18.00 – £26.99*
* *All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately*
We are primarily looking for drivers to start between midnight – 04.30 and 14.30 – 22.00. Shift lengths are typically 8-10 hours, so talk to us about what works for you.
You’ll transport fresh, ambient, and frozen goods to *Marks and Spencer stores*, beginning each shift from a well-organised depot with clean, well-maintained vehicles. Deliveries are made using cages and tail lifts for ease. Full training and induction will be provided to ensure you’re fully prepared and work safely from day one.

* *No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)*
