The role offers immediate starts with shifts running from Monday to Friday, commencing at 07:00. Drivers will be responsible for multiple deliveries, ensuring accurate paperwork, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must hold a full UK Class 2 licence, valid CPC, and Digi Tacho card, along with a minimum of six months of multi-drop experience. *Job Overview*
We are currently looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 (Category C) Multi-Drop Drivers for our long standing client who are based at Wimblington, March. This is a great opportunity for drivers who are confident with deliveries to multiple locations and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
*Location: *Wimblington, March *Start Date: *Immediate Start available *Shifts: *Monday to Friday *Start Time: *07:00 daily *Pay Rate: *£14.50 – £16.25
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Completing multiple deliveries and collections daily
* Ensuring accurate paperwork and POD’s
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
* Communicate effectively with planners regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
* Adhere to EU Tachograph and WTD Driver Hours
*Requirements:*
* Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence *(required)*
* Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card *(required)*
* Minimum 6 months multi-drop driving experience *(preferred)*
* Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills
* Ability to lift and move goods safely (some handballing may be required)
* A positive, can-do attitude and professional approach
* *Must have a full understanding and comply with EU Tachograph regulations*
