144Job Description:Are you an experienced Class 2 Refuse Driver looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Join our team in Malvern and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our community. £14.44 per hour Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
– Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to collect and transport refuse in accordance with established routes and schedules.
– Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects promptly.
– Adhere to health and safety regulations and waste management guidelines.
– Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and members of the public.
– Collaborate with a team of waste management professionals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
– Valid Class 2 driving license with CPC qualification.
– Previous experience as a Class 2 Refuse Driver.
– Strong knowledge of waste management procedures and health and safety regulations.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as required.
