The Role – Head Pizza Chef

As Head Pizza Chef, youll take charge of our dough and our kitchen. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pizza section, leading a tight-knit team and keeping standards sky-high. Were looking for someone who brings both creativity and precision, and who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. We are looking to grow so the sky is the limit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen and pizza service operations
  • Cook and develop pizzas in Neapolitan style, using a stone or wood-fired oven
  • Train and inspire junior chefs
  • Control food quality, stock, and kitchen hygiene

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with Neapolitan and/or sourdough pizza
  • Expertise in dough handling, fermentation, shaping, and high-temperature cooking
  • A strong sense of pride in your craft
  • Great leadership, organisation, and communication
  • Calm under pressure and passionate about food
