The role offers a salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, with additional Christmas profit share, and predominantly Monday to Friday hours. The ideal candidate will have experience in Michelin-starred environments, a flair for creating standout pastries, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure settings.   • You have experience working in large-volume kitchens.
  • You’re the calm in the chaos, the detail in the drama, and the artist in the kitchen.

What Youll Do:

  • Design and deliver show-stopping dessertsfor luxury events across Londons most iconic venues.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to turn abstract themes into edible installations.
  • Run a high-performance pastry kitchen where no two days are ever the same.
  • Experiment. Refine. Push boundaries. Repeat.
