Head of Sales – Exciting leisure business – up to £55,000

My client is an exciting Leisure business who is gaining a fantastic reputation in the leisure world, this is a unique business and gaining a lot of interest

They are seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing and commercial strategy for identifying and securing new clients, building and maintaining these relationships to help develop their portfolios and adding value to the business. There will be a particular focus on national groups and larger regional chains.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and develop commercial plan for company growth strategy.
• Source and establish new relationships.
• Grow the sales team and build a company culture.
• Monitor company performance, forecast shipments and keep up to date on competing businesses.

The Ideal Head of Sales candidate:

• Have a healthy network of contacts which you can bring to a new business, especially with key buyers, distributors, and importers.
• Have experience in managing sales and business development strategies.
• Highly skilled at developing and building long lasting relationships.
• Must have an exceptional understanding of the drinks industry, with a strong network of established relationships.
• Must be results focused with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be prepared to travel and work outside of normal hours when required.
