Lomond Investment Management provides an account-managed single point of contact service for developers and investors in the build-to-rent, single-family housing, lettings, and offshore markets, irrespective of portfolio size and geographical location.
Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Head of Property Management. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilties;
Ensure the operational performance of the property management team meets and exceeds client expectations across the portfolio of properties.
Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for clients, aligning their interests and culture with Lomond and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to better understand their needs and provide a high standard of service.
Drive a customer-centric approach to operational management.
Identify and capitalise on asset management and value-add opportunities across the portfolio.
Ensure periodic reports are submitted and presented in accordance with the required mandate.
Lead, manage and mentor the property management team.

Office Management, including direct line reporting of 5x PMs
Strong PBSA / BTR / PM knowledge – Experience minimum 5 years
Property related qualification
Excellent communication skills; client calls / in person meetings / face of LIM
