Are you an experienced people professional looking to support the offices of General Assembly in a new direction?
In this new role you will lead a small team that plays a key role in developing the culture and ethos of the Offices of General Assembly, ensuring that the ethos of the United Reformed Church is evident in all that we do.
You will already be working in a generalist HR role and educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) with CIPD Level 7 qualification. You are experienced in providing clear, concise and consistent advice and providing support to senior managers on strategic matters, whilst running contentious HR procedures of a complex nature. You can build strong relationships at all levels and deal with difficult and sensitive situations confidentially and effectively. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Experience of mediation and conflict resolution would be a distinct advantage.
