Role Details:
Key responsibilities
Take full ownership of the new business process, identifying growth opportunities and developing actionable plans to drive lead generation, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
Drive new business development through proactive activity and personalised outreach.
Optimise the customer acquisition process to increase sales pipeline, improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Develop unique and compelling value propositions for our targeted industries.
Influence key decisions and sales progress through strategic networking, compelling sales presentations, social media engagement, product demonstrations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Collaborate with the rest of the Inisoft LT to ensure alignment, maximise growth initiatives and drive customer retention and lifetime value.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and analyse competitor strategies to uncover potential opportunities and threats.
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Implement and manage sales tools to track performance, optimise sales activity and streamline operations
Monitor and analyse key sales metrics, providing regular updates and insight to the Inisoft ILT.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Proven track record of success in business development in the technology sector.
Strong consultative, solutions-based sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
Ability to utilise strategic thinking to fulfil company goals and targets.
Ideally, experience with contact centre technology or customer experience focused solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
