Are you an experienced Front Office/Front of House Manager with a strong background in the 5* Hotel or Private Members Club?
THE JOB:
- Strategic management of 5 interlinked Front Office based departments i.e. Reception, Housekeeping and Revenue
- Delivery of the highest possible guest service
- Maintain and further develop team focused culture
- Strategical approach to future planning of all departments
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 2 years in a Senior Front Office focused role at either a London based Private Members Club or a Boutique/5* Luxe Hotel is a must
- Strong focus on the quality of service.
- Excellent delegation ability.
- Strong people management and development skills.
- Ability to lead by example.
THE PACKAGE:
- 55-60K per annum + KPI based bonus
