– an expert in all things technical, a passionate and positive leader and someone adept at leading teams through change and process improvement.

Snapshot of responsibilities In brief, key responsibilities will include Group reporting, financial reporting, cash management and treasury, risk and compliance, leadership and development of a large sized team as well as supporting other functions with activity related to acquisitions, deal structures and due diligence.

Candidate profile Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with strong IFRS expertise and experience of group reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Proven leadership of large finance teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with property, multi-site or hospitality sectors.

Strong technical accounting, cash flow, debt and transaction experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced ERP and Excel proficiency.
