Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering over 500 new homes across Shropshire? S T A R Housing and Cornovii Developments are seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Development to drive regeneration, unlock council-owned sites, and champion innovative housing solutions for our communities.
What you’ll do:
- Shape and deliver our ambitious development strategy and business plan.
- Lead a talented team, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and ensure top-notch delivery across diverse housing projects.
- Forge powerful partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders.
- Drive economic regeneration, job creation, and sustainable growth.

What you’ll bring:
