Operations Manager – Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa
Contract Type: Full-time

Support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency in line with brand standards
• Oversee Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance
• Manage room inventory, guest check-ins/outs, and front office performance
• Maintain health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance
• Promote the Mercure brand and Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme
• Lead operational delivery for events, conferences, and race-day bookings
~ What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years hotel management or operations management experience • Proven team leadership and people development skills • Strong F& B background with hands-on operational knowledge • Experience with property management systems ( Opera Cloud preferred)• Familiarity with P O S systems ( Micros or similar)• Understanding of food safety, licensing, and brand compliance • Passion for hospitality and guest-first mindset
