35Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager with a hands on approach looking for a big job to lead our busy tri-brand Service Department at Wilson and Co in Bolton. 2024 sees the addition of Peugeot and KGM alongside Vauxhall.
We are offering an OTE of up to £70,000 with company car and other RJTK Family rewards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a large team of workshop technicians and customer facing aftersales employees. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
As Aftersales Manager you will hold full responsibility for ensuring the efficient and organised running of the department, implementing processes and procedures that maximise productivity and minimise costs. You will have a solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance and be able to advise customers on any necessary services or repairs.
This role requires an individual who is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
