What Youll Do:
- Lead an energetic, dynamic kitchen teamready for the next step
- Showcase your expertise with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
- Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety
- Manage kitchen operations, stock control, and GP to ensure excellence
- Balance high-volume service with top-quality dishes
- Demonstrate technical skill and attention to detail
- Spot and resolve issues swiftly and effectively
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team with confidence and charisma
What Were Looking For:
- Someone who wears their heart on their sleeve and takes ownership
- Cool, calm, and collected nothing phases you!
- Approachable with excellent communication and organizational skills
