Are you a talented Head Chef looking to utilise your skills and help push this hotels food quality up to rosette /award winning level

My clients are currently searching for a chef with a good fresh food /rosette background who can work with this small team and help achieve a minimum of 1 rosette and work with local, fresh produce

You will have:

Responsibility for the day to day running
Full Financial responsibility for the operation
A chance to push this hotel kitchen forward

All candidates must have the highest standards and experience ideally at rosette level

Key points needed for this role;
Create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Sourcing of produce
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen hitting gps etc….

The opportunity would be ideally suited to a Head Chef with ability and passion to cook excellent food to the highest standard

This Head Chef position is a permanent, full-time role
