A modern French neighbourhood brasserie in London is seeking a talented Head Chef to manage its kitchen operations. The role involves overseeing cost control, recruitment, training, and health and safety management. The restaurant prides itself on a welcoming family atmosphere and positive work environment. The ideal candidate should be a classically trained chef with significant experience in French cuisine, preferably at the Head Chef level. The position requires a commitment of 47 hours per week, with a schedule of four working days (three doubles and one single) followed by three days off, and an immediate start is available.

We are recruiting for a talented Head Chef for a modern French neighbourhood brasserie in London.
You will be responsible for full management of the kitchen, including cost control, recruitment, training and all health and safety management.The restaurant has a lovely family vibe and a great work environment.
As Head Chef, you should ideally be a classically trained chef with experience in French cuisine, ideally to Head Chef level.Contracted to 47 hours a week, with overtime paid, working hours are 4 days on (3 doubles, one single) and 3 days off.Immediate start available
