Team Size: 7-10 staff
Contracted Hours: 48

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a large brigade of chefs in this high volume successful brand in central Newbury.
This is an amazing and already successful high-volume brand with all day dining and a great UK following. They have a new position for an experienced team leader to join them and improve and maintain standards in their kitchens.
The menus are well thought out and quality focused. There are many bonuses to working with a large group including thorough training and support from area and executive chefs. There should be all the tools for you to succeed and achieve bonus.
This key to this role is real leadership qualities. Someone with some presence, motivational skills, the ability to manage teams, really drive standards across the kitchen. Also to have an ability to think ahead especially when managing staff payroll, orders, and all compliance.
