The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Head Chef to work closely with an award-winning Executive Chef in this fine dining restaurant.
As Head Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the exception standards and reputation.
Youll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern with European influences.

The Person
Previous experience as a Head Chef within high-end 3 AA Rosette/Michelin standard restaurants is needed for this role, as well as sound knowledge of modern European Cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 15 Chefs.
Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP. The restaurant offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be detailed during the application stages.
