We have an exciting opportunity for a HeadBartenderto join our team at Piano Bar.
As a HeadBartender you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess expertise in preparing a variety of beverages. The Head Bartender will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, crafting delicious drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- Performs duties in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and complies with all relevant hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure all team members follow the companys code of conduct this includes the following company policies.
- Complies with and applies all People & Culture procedures and policies.
- Ensures that all Goodwood SOPs are adhered to at all times.
- Welcoming new members to the team, both agency and those directly employed by the Royal Garden Hotel.
- Performs duties in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and is fully conversant and compliant with all relevant hotel and current government guidelines.
- Be at work in time, in clean and tidy uniform, respecting the departmental grooming standard.
- Has a thorough understanding of and adheres to the licensing laws.
- Supervise and assist daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all Bar policies, standards and procedures.
- Be able to prepare bespoke cocktails according to the guests requests.
- Be confident with the menu knowledge and its allergens, and with wine list.
- Ensures guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid.
- Has a thorough understanding of the POS system and telephone system and displays good telephone manner.
- Supervise the entire area of the Bar.
