The Role

As Head Barista at Café Kitsuné, youll lead the coffee offering with skill, confidence, and a focus on quality. From maintaining high standards behind the bar to supporting and developing the barista team, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional café experience that blends specialty coffee with style and culture.

Youre an experienced barista with strong technical knowledge, excellent taste, and a calm, supportive leadership style. You care about consistency, training, and creating a positive team environment all while serving standout coffee with precision and personality.
