Head Baker

GAIL’s seeks passionate Head Bakers who love the aroma of freshly baked bread and enjoy training others. Ideal candidates will take charge, serve as positive role models, and effectively lead their teams to achieve high standards in food safety and quality. Early morning shifts typically begin between 5:30 am and 6:30 am. With no day being the same, you must be organised and clear talking to maximise your teams’ potential and to deliver our fresh food, bread and cakes to high standards whilst maintaining food safety standards.

You will be proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays and know our products and recipes inside out.
