A mechanical and electrical FM company is seeking a mobile fabric engineer in Kent, with occasional work in London, to provide M&E solutions to commercial clients. The engineer must have knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting & decorating, and general PPM maintenance. The salary is approximately £31-34k, with a £2k van mobile allowance. Job Description:Mobile Fabric Engineer – Kent £33/36k
My client are a mechanical and electrical FM company who currently employ 100+ staff, providing M&E Solutions to their commercial, retail and hospitality clients.
They now require a mobile fabric engineer to work across Kent and occasionally into London to their commercial client portfolio.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES :

You must have knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, flooring, tap temps, painting & Decorating, emergency lighting/fire alarm tests and just general PPM maintenance.
PACKAGE :
Salary we are looking at approx. £31-34k plus the £2k van mobile allowance on top.
Call out is 1 in 4 – £20 per day + door to door travel whilst on call.
