What about the job?

The main purpose of the role as Guest Services Manager is to act as a hotel ambassador and to ensure all our guest have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The Guest Services Manager will activelypromote excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel, assisting all Front of House departments and ensuring all guests needs are met.

The Guest Services Manager will ensure a strong management presence is delivered in peak periods and will work with the front office team to deal with arrivals and departures.

Some other responsibilities of the Guest Services Manager will be to look after VIP guest, to dealwith guest feedback and to coordinate any emergencies that may rise during your shift.

This is a hands-on role and hugely involved with Reception duties , including running reception shifts.

What about you?

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced individual with intuitive customer service skills, if you are working as a reception shift leader or reception supervisor and have a solid experience at the front desk you may be our ideal candidate.

As a Guest Services Manager, you will work 12hours shift patters, 8am to 8pm.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment ideally in a luxury setting.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Solution orientated
  • Genuine and intuitive customer service skills
  • Experience with hotel software , Opera .
