Job Overview: As a Sales Associate, your role will be to assist in customer sales and account management, under the guidance of our Business Development Manager (BDM). You’ll play a crucial part in understanding customer requirements and helping them find the ideal solutions. Your daily activities will involve building relationships with customers, providing support, and ensuring their satisfaction. It’s an office-based position, with standard working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Collaborating with the BDM to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Assisting in account management and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
