Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Graduate Event Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill, London. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events for our clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of the event process, from concept development to post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Create and manage event timelines and schedules
- Source and negotiate with vendors
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals
- Oversee event setup and execution
- Manage event registration and attendee management
- Collect and compile event feedback
- Prepare post-event reports
- Stay up-to-date on current event trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of event planning and management principles
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with event planning software (Canva, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
