This role involves proactively managing customer’s journeys, aiming to retain and expand the customer base by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth service.Key Responsibilities:
* Taking inbound calls and ensuring each customer receives a 5-star experience.
* Working on a shared email inbox and providing supportive and helpful replies.
* Communicating with customers regarding their orders, including delays, delivery timeframes, returns, and faulty products.
* Process orders and quotes and ensuring same-day responses.
* Resolving product and technical enquiries and make appropriate product recommendations.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed customer account records.Essential Requirements:
