Our highly motivated, independent Franchisees and distributors provide exceptional customer service by taking Autosmart’s first-class vehicle cleaning products to a diverse range of trade customers. Our Customer Service Advisors, are part of our success helping us to strengthen relationships with our franchisees and distributors.
We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated, German speaking, customer service focused individual to join our team, in a dynamic role, where you will utilise your German language skills and excellent communication skills, to support and build strong business relationships with existing franchisees, distributors and customers in Germany and export markets. Your work will make a difference from day one. Your work will include supporting our German and export countries’ marketing and communication programme.
Our Customer Service Advisor will:
• Be the first point of contact for our franchisees, distributors, customers and consumers responding to queries and offering support, by phone and email
• Build strong relationships with our franchisees and distributors in Germany and export markets
• Respond to technical questions, handle orders, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects
• Support colleagues and team members with other German country-specific activities which will include supporting our German marketing and communication programme
• Work closely with our Country Manager and attend sales meetings in Germany
Our Customer Service Advisor will have:
• Native-level German language with fluent English
• Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, composed manner with a positive, ‘will-do’ attitude
• Customer Relationship/customer account management experience
• Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions
• Accurate translation skills
• Confident IT skills including MS office
