- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- line operations experience: with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced manager of a QSR concept.
- Be a real foodie and show a genuine passion and understanding of the QSR food scene.
- Be obsessed with great service & be able to recruit the right people & deliver this through your team.
- Inspire and motivate the team, keeping them engaged and energised.
