Manicomio Restaurant Group is again expanding and will be opening a stylish new Italian restaurant in the heart of the city, close to Fenchurch Street, in July 2025. Located within an elegant Grade II listed building forming part of a 90,000 sq/m brand new development, this exciting newcomer is destined to be the top destination in the city.

Candidates should have:
- A proven operator from quality restaurants, whether in the UK or overseas
- An eye for quality and detail
- Passion for delivering the ultimate guest experience and know how to exceed expectations
- Masses of charm, warmth and a natural demeanour
- Operationally strength with the ability to lead and train from the front
- Commercial and financial awareness the ability to managing costs and drive sales
- Wines knowledge – intermediate or higher training an advantage
- Experience with new openings is an advantage but not essential

It all began 22 years ago with the flagship Manicomio Chelsea opening on the renowned Duke of York Square, close to Sloane Square. Since then, Manicomio City at St Pauls opened in 2008 and Canto Corvino at Spitalfields in 2015.
