My client seeks a candidate who is 100% people focused. This unique pub is a high-volume establishment returning to its roots. It’s not about high-end cuisine but about perfectly prepared, great food made from the best locally sourced ingredients.

My client owns a collection of 3 pubs based in the Oxfordshire and Hampshire area. This business enjoys a strong following and a great mix of wet and dry sales and this business can hit about £75,000 at peak, depending on the time of year. The site includes bars, a restaurant, and a large outdoor space—a GREAT SITE!
This company is looking for a General Manager to join this fresh but smaller independent company, they are looking for an experienced General Manager who would be perfect to push the business forward. The General Manager will be involved in overseeing the day to day issues within the unit and running the management team of 6, recruitment, training and helping push the sales forward is part of the key role, fully P&L accountable – BUT people is key for this business and service, they would like someone obsessed with this, so is that you?
