Key Responsibilities:
* Laying porcelain and sandstone patios
* Installing artificial turf
* Laying of driveways
* Wooden and composite decking
* Erecting fencing and other garden structures
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
* Managing project timelines and maintaining communication with clients and the team
What We’re Looking For:
* *Proven experience* in hard landscaping is essential
* *Fully qualified in hard landscaping* (5 years or more experience)
* *Driver’s license* and access to reliable transportation to reach job sites
* Good team player who enjoys working alongside others but can also work well on their own
* Reliable, hardworking and has a good can do attitude
* Ability to lead a team, run a job site
* A strong work ethic and keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills
