What We’re Looking For – Front of House Team Leader
- You’re confident, organised, and love to lead from the front
- You’ve got a solid background in restaurants or premium pubs
- You thrive under pressure and know how to keep the vibe alive
- You’ve got strong communication and decision-making skills
- You’re passionate about food, drinks, and exceptional guest service
- You’re 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, inspire and energise the team every shift
- Run the floor like a pro – from briefings to service and beyond
- Deliver flawless guest experiences and solve challenges with style
- Help train, coach, and develop team members to be their best
- Drive upselling and promotions with confidence
- Coordinate reservations, manage seating, and handle any guest queries with charm
- Ensure cash, stock and safety procedures are always on point
- Be the right hand to our management team – bringing ideas, energy, and solutions
