A local company in Swindon is looking for bilingual customer support agents to join their team. They are currently recruiting for positions that require fluency in French and English, Portuguese, Spanish and English, or French or Portuguese or Spanish and English. The main duties of these roles will be to provide online support to customers, responding to queries and inputting information onto the system in English. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in English and one of the mentioned languages are required for this position. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Job Description: Bilingual Customer Support
Location: Swindon
Job Type: Ongoing Temp, Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 37.5hrs per week.
Pay Rate: £11.53/hour
We are proud to be supporting a local company in sourcing bilingual customer support agents to join their friendly and growing team.
The positions that we are currently recruiting for are:
1 x French and English speaker
1 x Portuguese, Spanish and English speaker
1 x French or Portuguese or Spanish and English speaker (slightly different shift pattern)
Job Duties:
The main purpose of these roles will be to provide online support to customers, responding to queries regarding their devices and then inputting information onto the system in English.
Required Experience/ Qualifications:
To be considered in this position, you will need to be fluent in English and one of more of the other languages mentioned above (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
You will also have strong customer service skills and will be confident using different IT programs. (Training will be provided on internal systems).
