Food & Beverage Supervisor

Novotel London West, part of the Accor hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor. This role involves guiding the F&B team to meet departmental goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in the hotel's outlets. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.
Job DescriptionWe are excited to be looking for a F&B Supervisorto join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!

Responsibilities include:

• Provide guidance and support to the F&B team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
• Assist the Manager to ensure that the F&B Outlets at the hotel run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
• Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
• Is involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
