A company in Leamington Spa is looking for a Forklift Driver with Reach and Counterbalance licenses. The role is temporary but has the potential to become permanent. The driver will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, conducting inspections, and collaborating with the warehouse team. The requirements include valid licenses, 2 years of experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Rate of Pay: £14.12 an hour
 
 
Our client is currently seeking a FLT driver for their site based in Cubbington. If you possess a valid forklift license and have experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting, we want to hear from you! This is a temporary role but for the right people it will become a permanent role within the company.
You will need both a Reach and Counterbalance license for this role. This will be working afternoon shifts – this will be Monday to Thursday 2:30pm until 11pm and Fridays 12pm until 6pm. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials or products
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas efficiently
• Conduct thorough inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines for forklift operation

 
Requirements:

• Valid forklift Reach and Counterbalance license/certification
• 2 years’ experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
