The ideal candidate will lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training staff, managing guest flow, and resolving complaints. The front of house management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead the team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the floor team during service to ensure seamless, efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
– Act as a role model in delivering warm, attentive, and polished hospitality at all times
– Oversee daily service briefings, team allocations, and shift handovers
– Manage guest flow and table allocations to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue
– Train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and maintaining brand standards
– Resolve guest complaints swiftly and effectively, turning any negative into a positive
– Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent communication and timing
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
– Report on shift performance, including key insights on service, team, and guest feedback
– Collaborate with senior managementon continuous improvement and innovation

Your Requirements:
As a Floor Manager we would love you to have:
– Experience of at least 2 years working in a Managerial role at a fine dining fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage
– Experience supervising daily shift operations from various departments
– Experience supervising large teams
– Excellent English language communication skills are required
– Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday
