41Job Description:Fire Sprinkler Trainee Project Manager – Cambridge – £36,000

I am currently representing a well-established fire protection company based a few miles south of Cambridge. Due to sheer growth, they are now looking to add a trainee project manager to the team.

Salary Package:

• £30,000 – £36,000

• 3 days in office, 2 days on site visits

Under the guidance of the senior management team, you will learn how to:

• Maintain and developing good client relationships with our existing client accounts
• Demonstrate and deliver strong technical problem-solving skills
• Ensure commercially efficient logistical planning of external resources across both installation and service & maintenance teams
• Lead and educate external resource to seek new opportunities
• As part of the management team, work towards and support new commercial projects and company objectives
• Report to Senior Management on key performance indicators set
• In line with company monitoring, manage and review external contractors and suppliers
• Practice and apply company processes across the organisation
• Running jobs, organising labour, potential to get involved on design side as well

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Service/maintenance experience in the sprinkler industry
