Finance Director

A finance professional is sought to join a team focused on training AI models, specifically evaluating AI chatbots' logic and problem-solving capabilities to enhance model quality. Candidates should possess expert-level financial reasoning, with a preference for those holding or pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in related fields. This remote position offers flexible scheduling, with projects paid hourly starting at USD $40, plus bonuses for high-quality work. Key responsibilities include assessing AI outputs and model performance. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential. This opportunity is available only to residents of the US, UK, or Canada.

We are looking for a finance professional to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.In this role you will need to hold an expert level of financial reasoning- a completed or in progress Bachelors/Masters/PhD is preferred. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises related to finance management
• A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is is preferred but not required
